Shipping policy

For domestic USA shipping, Churchill's charges a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $80.  

We generally ship our orders via United States Postal Service, but sometimes orders are shipped via United Parcel Service depending on the customer's address and the package size. If you have a preference for one or the other, please leave a comment in the cart notes and we will use your preferred carrier when feasible. 

Free pick up available at our Findlay Market and Madisonville stores. Select Pick Up and then select a pick-up location on the shipping page at checkout. 

For all orders shipping to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $18.50.

For orders outside the USA and Canada or with a different desired shipping carrier, please reach out to us at inquiry@churchillsteas.com prior to placing your order to create a custom order with a custom shipping rate.
